The Bendigo Football Netball League and McDonald's Bendigo are excited to announce a new partnership, that will see McDoanld's become the naming rights partner of the BFNL's Under 18s football competition.

From the 2027 season, the BFNL’s Under 18’s football competition will be known as the McDonald's Bendigo Under 18s. McDonald's Bendigo will also feature on a panel of the BFNL's official match footballs.

BFNL League Manager Tom King said the league was delighted to welcome McDonald's Bendigo to its family of partners.

"Our Under 18s competition is where the next generation of footballers is developed, so to have a business with the standing of McDonald's Bendigo put its name to it is a terrific result for the League,” said King.

"McDonald's Bendigo is a local business with a strong record of backing young people in our region. This partnership helps the league to continue to invest in its junior pathway, and we're looking forward to seeing the McDonald's Bendigo name on our footballs every weekend.

"On behalf of the BFNL and our clubs, I'd like to thank Ben and his team for their support."

McDonald's Bendigo Licensee Ben Duncan said the partnership was a natural fit.

"Local football and netball clubs sit at the heart of our community, and we're proud to support the BFNL and the young players coming through its Under 18s competition," Mr Duncan said.
